Tri-State Museum is offering a new program, “First Saturday Brunch at the Museum”, beginning Saturday April 2nd at 9:00 a.m.  The brunch is $5.00 per person or free for ‘Friends of the Museum’.  This will be an ongoing series to be held the first Saturday of each month, and yes, it will be free to our ‘Friends’ every month. Museum Foundation

The museum works very closely with a 501-C-3 not-for-profit foundation that holds its own events and annual fundraising banquet and auction. Monies donated to the foundation are tax deductible and go toward large building and museum projects. Currently, the foundation has been very active in raising revenue for a new addition to the museum building planned for 2012.

 

 

 

 
Tri-State Museum Membership

Friends of the Museum membership

This is a membership program for area residents entitling our friends to certain giftshop discounts, discounts for museum related functions, socials, and a newsletter. Monies generated through the friends program go into the museum memorial fund. The cost for becoming a member of the "Friends" is $20/individual, $35/family and $100/business.

Your membership in “Friends of the Museum” helps us provide programming and special events for the community as well as funds special projects, such as lighting and custom built display cases.  As a “Friend”, you will receive the following benefits:

  •     “First Saturday Brunch at the Museum” which includes a free brunch and the program for the month.

  •     A reminder before all events.

  •     Our quarterly newsletter with your name listed as a supporter of the museum.

  •     A “Friends Only” event or two per year.

  •     10% discount in our bookstore and gift shop.
